Centrealoil‍‍--Recyclable linear gel fracturing fluid

System introduction:

The system is self-developed new fracturing fluid system by our company, and is used for the regions which are lack of water resource and raffinate emission stick reservoir fracturing, and it can be recycled and reused.

The system is completely composed of environmental protection material working fluid, It has the advantages of strong suspended sand performance, excellent temperature-tolerate and shear-tolerate property, gel breaking thoroughly, low residue and low damage as well as the conventional fracturing fluid , meanwhile it has the unique features of its flow-back fluid can be repeatedly crosslinked and recycled , and it can realize to improve utilization rate of liquid water, zero emissions.

The main technical index:

①Temperature resistant capacity:≥130℃

②Anti-swelling rate of gel breaking liquid: ≥70%

③Surface tension of gel breaking liquid(30℃):≤23mN/m

④Interfacial tension of gel breaking liquid(30℃):≤2mN/m

⑤The decline rate of residue content(compared with guar gum system) :≥30%

⑥The decline rate of core damage (compared with guar gum system):20%

⑦ Recovery rate:≥95%
